Versys Mods + Cuivre River Lookout

Versys Mods + Cuivre River Lookout

After getting my Versys setup much better for me, I decided it was time to enjoy this amazing weather and test it out.  To bring the bars closer to me I added 2″ Rox risers and while I was at it I installed new ProGrip 714s with some Symtec grip heaters:

Another mod I did while I had the bike apart is add a Powerlet socket and Symtec grip heaters.  Both connected back to my Eastern Beaver 3CS fusebox:

Now it’s time to get it a test ride.. I decided to head out to Cuivre River State Park and check out this lookout I hadn’t gotten out to see yet…

The risers really change the seating for me on the bike, it set me back in the saddle where it’s much more comfortable.  I don’t feel like I’m leaning forward reaching for the bars and the ProGrip 714s are so comfy.. these grips are my fav!  Here’s my post/video when I installed similar mods on my WR250R.

Oh2ridemore here. You have your versys setup the way I want to. Grip heaters, accessorie outlet, different bars. What bend did you go with? Love the 714 progrips, have used em on lots of bikes. Where did you get the rox risers?

My bars are Pro Taper ATV Mids, and I got the Rox Risers from powersportsuperstore.com, cheapest place I could find them.. Good luck man!
